ALMOND MEAL CRACKERS
Ingredients
1 egg
1-1/2 cups of almond flour
1 tbsp. of chia seeds
1 tsp. of oregano
1/2 tsp. of garlic powder
1/4 tsp. of baking soda (aluminum-free)
1/4 tsp. of salt
1/4 tsp. of pepper
Preheat oven to 350
Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix together until a ball of dough forms
Place dough ball in between two sheets of parchment paper
With a rolling pin roll out dough in between the two sheets (so it doesn’t stick to the counter)
Roll until dough is 1/4 inch thick
Take off the top sheet and place the bottom sheet and rolled out dough on to a baking sheet
With a knife or a pizza cutter score the dough into squares
Bake for 12-15 min. or until crispy
Cool, break apart square pieces and seal in a glass jar
Enjoy with hummus
