1:1 COACHING
INITIAL CONSULTATION
During this 1.5 hour Initial Consultation we will discuss your current health concerns, your medical history and lifestyle. Approximately 3 business days later, I will send you a completely individualized nutrition plan including a comprehensive report, specific nutrient dense meal examples, lifestyle changes and supplement recommendations if necessary.
$125 + HST
FOLLOW UP
During this 30-minute follow up appointment we will discuss your progress on the nutrition plan and any changes that need to be made. It is important to understand that improving your eating habits takes time. There is no one-fit-all approach and as such, it is necessary to have guidance throughout your program. When we work together, you will be more successful in reaching your health goals.

3-MONTH BUNDLE
This program is for those who are wanting to commit to a 3-month reset. This will give you the motivation to stick with a program and create healthy positive changes to take back control of your life. Improving your diet reduces stress in the body giving you the best chance at better overall physical and mental health. This program includes the Initial Consultation and 3 follow-ups.
