SAUSAGE STUFFING


  • 2 gluten-free Hot Italian sausage, with casing removed

  • 1 medium onion, chopped

  • 2 medium apples, chopped

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1 cup of whole cranberries, fresh or frozen

  • 1 tbsp. of sage

  • 1 tbsp. of thyme

  • 1 tsp. of rosemary

  • Splash of apple cider vinegar

  • Salt & Pepper to taste

  • Avocado oil, for cooking


  1. Pre-heat large frying pan with oil on medium heat.

  2. Add in onion, salt & pepper. Cook until onion is translucent.

  3. Add in sausage, apple, garlic, sage, thyme, rosemary and apple cider vinegar. Stir to combine.

  4. Cook until sausage is cooked through ( approx. 5-7 minutes)

  5. Add in cranberries and sauté for another 5 minutes until cranberries start to loose their shape.

  6. Let cool and serve as a side or stuff into your favourite poultry!
