Mango-tuRmeric Smoothie


  • 1/2 cup frozen organic mango

  • 1 banana

  • 1 tbsp. of pumpkin seeds

  • 1/2 tsp. fresh turmeric

  • 1/2 tsp. fresh ginger

  • 1 tsp. raw honey

  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk or water

  • 1/2 cup of ice (optional)


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
