This is not a diet, but an opportunity to empower yourself with nutrition! Back to basics is a LIVE virtual 6-week group coaching program designed to educate you, improve your health and vitality, and foster a love of nutrition. Over the course of 6 weeks, I will simplify everything you need to know about nutrition into easy-to-digest learning modules so that you walk away with the knowledge of how to nourish yourself.

Classes are scheduled weekly LIVE on Thursday evenings from 7- 8:30 pm EST -
$125 +HST.
Yes, I am aware I could charge a lot more, but I want to make this information accessible to all. If $125 still seems to much given your current budget, let’s connect and discuss payment plans or other options.

If you feel like you can’t make the commitment at this particular time that’s ok. Everyone is at a different place in their journey. Please feel free to stay in touch with me either by following me on Instagram or signing up for my newsletter. When the time is right, we can discuss what options look best for you.

If you are investing in the Back to Basics program, I ask that you be prepared to commit to the whole 6 weeks. And, specifically, make yourself available on Thursday evenings from 7-8:30 pm EST.
If you still don’t feel that you can commit at this point in time, but would like some assistance I offer individual sessions that you can book at your convenience. See details about individual sessions. -
We will be meeting live every Thursday evening from 7-8:30 pm EST.
Outside of those hours, it is up to you how much time you invest above & beyond. Each week I will be providing you with optional fieldwork and encouraging you to implement what we learn into your life, but it is up to you how much you dedicate. -
At this time, the live sessions will not be recorded, so I encourage you to do your best to attend on Thursday evenings from 7-8:30 pm EST.
Even though the live sessions won’t be recorded, the live session presentation and notes will be emailed 24 hours after every session.

Yes, all the live session notes & course materials will be e-mailed to you and are yours to keep.
Please note the live sessions will not be recorded, so you will not have access to those post-session.
